So you’re ready to have a baby?  Or maybe you know that sometime in the future (whether that’s in six months or two years) you’d like to have a baby. Wherever you are on your journey to parenthood, I am here to support you.

Preparing your body for pregnancy may include supporting your fertility, regulating your menstrual cycles, cleaning up your environment, and correcting any nutritional deficiencies. Working on these things prior to pregnancy can help you enjoy a smoother pregnancy for you and your future little one.

I help support pregnant women through the first, second and third trimesters to help you feel your best throughout your pregnancy for the smoothest delivery possible. We can address appropriate prenatal nutrition and supplements that you may need to keep up with your growing baby’s needs.

I also treat some of the less fun symptoms of pregnancy including insomnia, nausea, headaches, sciatica, and gestational diabetes.

Resting and bonding with your baby should be your top priority during the fourth trimester.  Healing and postpartum recovery can look different for everyone. It’s common to struggle with symptoms such as fatigue, lethargy, irritability, and irregular or painful periods postpartum.

We can address the hormonal shifts that occur with pregnancy and postpartum to get your feeling your best again so you can focus on enjoying your new baby.

Hormone imbalances can cause all sorts of symptoms such as painful, heavy, or irregular periods, acne, fatigue, weight that’s difficult to lose, and so much more. Let’s work together to identify and treat the cause of your symptoms instead of just masking the symptom with a pill.

We can utilize botanicals, supplements, and diet to optimize nutritional deficiencies and hormone imbalances, and then identify a protocol that will be ideal for you in your health journey.

New patient appointments: $325        |       Follow-up appointments: $90

We Offer At-Home Testing

DUTCH Test

A complete assessment of sex hormones and adrenal hormones including their metabolites. This testing gives great insight into symptoms of hormone imbalances such as fatigue, PMS, difficulty getting pregnant, low libido, depression, and weight gain. This at home test is done through a simple and easy dried urine collection process and may also include a saliva test. This is helpful for tracking and evaluating hormone levels.

Fee begins at $499 and increases depending on the hormone panel you choose.

Great Plains Laboratory Testing

GPL offers testing for metabolic, nutritional, and toxic factors that may be contributing to autism, ADHD, depression, gastrointestinal disorders, and neuropsychiatric disorders. There are many testing options to choose from including mold toxicity, metal toxicity, food allergies, essential fatty acids, glutathione levels, inflammation, toxic chemical exposure and more. The most commonly run test is the Organic Acids Test (OAT) which is a comprehensive metabolic look at overall health.

Fees: Great Plains Organic Acids Testing: $309 and Great Plains GPL-TOX testing: $219

We offer many nutritional and metabolic assessments through Great Plains Labs, the two listed here are the most common, but ask Dr. Mallory about pricing for others you are interested in, or to get a discount when ordering a combination of assessments.

Food Allergy Panels

Food sensitivities can present in many ways including fatigue, IBS, eczema, and more.  Identifying and eliminating the foods that you are reacting to may improve your symptoms. IgG, IgA, and IgE food allergy panels can all be run to assess which foods may be triggering symptoms in your body.

Fee begins at $199 for IgG Food allergy panel and may vary depending on how many foods you would like to test for and if you would like to run IgA as well.
